The bill (Reg. No. 4378-1) suggests determine legal and organizational basis for carrying out special examination of judges of courts of general jurisdiction as a temporary, tighten-up measure with the use of existing procedures for consideration of issues on bringing judges of general jurisdiction to disciplinary responsibility, as well as their dismissal in connection with violation of oath in order to enhance authority of the court power in Ukraine, increase citizens’ trust into the court branch and restore legality and justice.
